Too often people mistakenly believe that, since God has not struck them down because of their sin and rebellion, He does not really exist, He is too weak to do anything about it, or He is actually tolerant of their sin, like it really isn't a big deal. Nothing could be further from the truth. The extent of Jesus' patience with us should be counted as evidence of the horrific consequences of leaving this world in sinful rebellion against Him. Every one of us will run out of time in this world and none of us know when that will be. When our time is up, our fate is sealed. Don't gamble with your eternity.
